Feddup with our pathetic maintenance law !!!!!

Where to start......!!??@#$% ..........................

I have decided to create a blogg for single mother's who are in the same predicament as I am ....single mum....father not paying...and no support from our allegedly "zero tolerance for dead-beat dad's who don't provide for their offspring" law. The intention for this blogg is to open up the eyes of the "law makers", to give them an insight of our trials and tribulations as single mothers, to make them understand what we face on a daily basis and how difficult it is to cope when we're having to be EVERYTHING in our children's lives : the nurturers, the breadwinners,the nurses,the teachers,the chauffeurs.........the list is endless !!! How can they claim that the Law is on our side when there are MILLIONS of fathers out there who are not paying  maintenance and who are enjoying a carefree life, while we cry ourselves to sleep at night...exhausted !!!
I would like to throw this out there.....we question what has happened to the moral compass of our society....we question why there is such a lack of integrity, compassion, trust, love, justice...why so many people are cruel, driven by hatred, have no concience....??? Well, the question to ask, really, is WHO TAUGHT THEM ???????? Their PARENTS !!!

Children in our society are neglected...their primary rights are not being met...to feel safe, to eat, to be warm and most of all, to feel loved beyond belief !!  I know i speak for most woman when I say that our hearts shatter when we cannot provide everything for our children...be it that there is a shotage of money for the physical needs of our children  or be it that we have to palm our children off with child minders/nanny's/granny's to persue our jobs in order to put food on the table, in which case we neglect the child emotionally and psychologically....in both instances the child is the one who has to pay the price !!! In a divorce situation, the trauma that the child endures is bad enough....instead of being able to spend time with the child to work through this trauma, most women are stuck between a rock and a hard place because the primary focus for men now becomes how "little" they have to pay ! They hire expensive lawyers just to ensure that they "WIN THE BATTLE" !!! "HIDE ALL ASSETS"!!! "SCREW THE WIFE OVER" !!! etc...etc...etc...and we, the woman, are left picking up the pieces....THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECES...OUR CHILDREN . How can we ensure a healthy society by spending time to teach our children the rights from wrong, by teaching them to be compassionate and kind, by being there to answer their questions ....when we have to work 2 or sometimes 3 jobs to provide for their physical needs....a child's reality in a divorce scenario is ABANDONMENT !!! Abandoned by daddy who has left home and abandoned by mummy who is at work. Daddy is doing the VICTORY DANCE cause he managed to get away with paying as little as possible....and mummy comes home exhausted, stressed, has to cook, clean, do laundry, get the children to bed....What have the children been up to ? What have they been exposed to ? What's on their mind ? How do they feel ?.....NOT IMPORTANT !!!  "DAD"S ARE DOING THE VICTORY DANCE" !!!! "THEY SCREWED MUMMY OVER" !!!...(and screwed the secretary...yippppeeeee!!!) ......Yesssssss, the law is on OUR side, ladies !!!
